If a feature is requested frequently, it may be built into core, but building your feature, especially if it is specific and unique, may require use of a third-party developer. Please make sure PDF Ink is up-to-date. The current version of PDF Ink is 1.0.6. We only support the most recent version. Visit your account, download and install the latest version, and test with that before submitting a support request.

It is also helpful to turn on debugging to get more information about troubles you are experiencing. If your plugin is up-to-date and you are still having issues, please perform basic WordPress troubleshooting. Send that information, debug logs, screenshots of your settings, and a description of what you've tried - it will help a lot to speed things up. Thank you!

Please share a copy of the PDF you are experiencing trouble with. It helps when we can review the PDF and test ourselves. Any copies in our possession are destroyed once your issue is resolved or upon your request. Note: Please do not send stamped, passworded, or encrypted files if you wish for us to troubleshoot for you. All incoming PDFs are scanned for malware. We will discard PDFs with a positive result (even if you attest it is a false positive).

We certainly don't want PDF Ink spitting warnings, but we prioritize fixing errors.
