A license key is not necessary for your plugin to function on the frontend, so don't panic.
Please make always sure you are using the most recent version of the plugin. If you are not receiving automatic updates, you can always fetch the plugin ZIP file on your account page "Downloads" tab. Plugin ZIP files are very easy to install from your WordPress plugins page, just click "Add New" and upload the file.
License keys last one year, then must be renewed. Renewals are discounted! Just enter your existing license key during checkout for the discount. You can also upgrade your license, if desired, using your account page.
From your WordPress dashboard, your license key is entered under PDF Ink -> License Key
Once you are on the License Key page:
Still having trouble? Please let us know about it below.
Purchase of a PDF Ink license entitles the license holder to complimentary support. Plugins should function as advertised.
However, in the case you need PDF Ink tailored to specific requirements, customization service is offered for a fee. We adhere to WordPress best practices when writing custom code, ensuring it is as safe and future-proof as possible. Please share your requirements below, and we'll provide you with a personalized quote.
Please do not use this form if inquiring about the free plugin called PDF Ink AKA WaterWoo. We do not correspond by email about our free version. Head over to wordpress.org to seek help or leave a review for the free version.
Inversely, do not lodge inquiries and reviews for any paid plugins at Wordpress.org (that is the WordPress support forum policy, and your ticket will be closed by moderators).
One frequently-requested feature is preserving PDF forms, layers and internal links (such as Table of Contents or bookmarks) while using open-source PDF writing libraries. If you need this feature please purchase SetaPDF-Stamper and carry on using it with PDF Ink. It's the only way to get this done online with PHP.
Other requests? Fire away! Get your idea on our radar. If enough people request it and it would be simple enough to maintain, we might incorporate it (no promises). If your need is niche and/or you need it right away, please click "Plugin Customization" above.
Please make sure PDF Ink is up-to-date. The current version of PDF Ink is 1.2. We only support the most recent version. Visit your account, download and install the latest version, and test with that before submitting a support request.
It is also helpful to turn on debugging to get more information about troubles you are experiencing. If your plugin is up-to-date and you are still having issues, please perform basic WordPress troubleshooting. Send that information, debug logs, screenshots of your settings, and a description of what you've tried - it will help a lot to speed things up. Thank you!
