Invoice
To print your own invoice, including your VAT/GST number, start by logging into pdfink.com/account/. If you do not have a password, request a password reset on the login page.
The landing page is a profile page. On the profile page you can add a VAT/GST number and Company Name. We only collect your name, email, and country/postal code during checkout, and do not validate them, so make sure they are correct.
After editing & saving your profile how you would like it to show on the invoice, click on “Order History & Invoices,” and then under “View Details & Downloads“, click “View Full Receipt.” You will see an updated version of your purchase receipt. Click the red “Print” button at the top of your order review page, and use the print dialog to either print or export a PDF if desired.
Plugin File Download
PDF Ink is contained in a ZIP archive file (.zip). You can access the file in your account pages, either under the “File Downloads” tab in the main Account page, or by clicking “Order History & Invoices” and under “View Details and Downloads,” click “View Full Receipt.”
Only the most recent version is posted online. If there is a beta version available, it will show under the “File Downloads” tab.
License Keys
Your license covers one year of updates and direct support. We’re committed to continuously improving PDF Ink—keeping it secure, fast, and feature-rich—while providing responsive answers to your questions. Your purchase directly funds this ongoing development.
Not able to budget for a license at the moment? The free version of PDF Ink is still fully supported in the WordPress repository at wordpress.org, and you’re welcome to use it.
License keys are found, and can be managed in the PDF Ink Account pages (pdfink.com/account). Click “License Keys” near the top left of the page. License keys are also shared on the order confirmation page and in the receipt email at time of purchase.

License Upgrades
There are also licenses covering up to 20 sites, and a lifetime license, but these are only available as upgrades. If you are unsure about the plugin for your needs, and want to try it, we recommend purchasing the inexpensive half-year license first, then upgrading later when you’re happy to. Our refund policy allows you 30 days to think it over.
Upgrades are pro-rated based on time. Start at pdfink.com/account/ to upgrade a license key.
License Transfer Site to Site
Toggling the license key on/off can also be done via your website (if you’re running WordPress).
Localhost and other offline development sites do not count toward your license activation count.
Cases of Multiple Licenses
If you are feeling confused or frustrated while managing your license key and you have renewed previously, it’s possible you have more than one key purchased with different email addresses in the past. This might also be the cause of confusing emails saying your license is expired. If you think you might have more than one account with us, reach out so we can combine them.
