My Account

When you make a purchase of PDF Ink, you are assigned an account. Your account pages are online 24/7 to provide your download files, license key(s) and invoices.

Invoice

To print your own invoice, including your VAT/GST number, start by logging into pdfink.com/account. If you do not have a password, request a password reset on the login page.

The landing page is a profile page. On the profile page you can add a VAT/GST number and Company Name. We only collect your name, email, and country/postal code during checkout, and do not validate those things, so make sure they are correct.

After editing & saving your profile how you would like it to show on the invoice, click on “Order History & Invoices,” and then under “View Details & Downloads“, click “View Full Receipt.” You will see an updated version of your purchase receipt. Click the red “Print” button at the top of your order review page, and use the print dialog to either print or export a PDF if desired.

Download Files

PDF Ink is contained in a ZIP archive file (.zip). You can access the file in your account pages, either under the “File Downloads” tab in the main Account page, or by clicking “Order History & Invoices” and under “View Details and Downloads,” click “View Full Receipt.”

Only the most recent version is posted online. If there is a beta version available, it will show under the “File Downloads” tab.

License Keys

License keys are found, and can be managed in the Account pages. They are also shared on the confirmation page and in the receipt email at time of purchase. A license is your ticket to one year of plugin updates and support. The plugin front end may continue to function after your license expires for quite a period of time, but some backend features may be lost. When you require a plugin update or support, we ask that you renew your license key and support our work on this project. Renewals are discounted and license upgrades are pro-rated based on time.

Start at pdfink.com/account and click “License Keys” near the top left of the page. If you would like to upgrade a license key, start here, too.

Toggling the license key on/off can also be done via your website (if you’re running WordPress).
